THE SALAAM ISAA AWARDS
The Salaam ISAA Awards acknowledge, showcase, and celebrate the inspired achievements and contributions of educators, leaders, educator teams, and Muslim learners across sites of education in Australia.
Every year, educators from across Australian schooling, inclusive of early childhood education and care services, as well as Muslim community education sites, are encouraged to share their stories and inspire their colleagues, families, and communities more broadly
For educators and leaders outside of Islamic schools, the Salaam ISAA Awards acknowledge, showcase, and celebrate their outstanding contributions to Australian schooling's goals of equity and excellence, specifically through culturally and religiously responsive practice for Muslim learners.
Similarly, for Muslim learners, across diverse educational settings in Australia, the Salaam ISAA Awards acknowledge, showcase, and celebrate their outstanding achievements and contributions within and beyond school communities.
The Salaam ISAA Awards are proud to give a voice to these stories and to shine a spotlight on the inspired achievements and extraordinary service and contribution of these remarkable individuals and teams within school communities across Australia.
